Campus Life
Summer Program

EARLY CHILDHOOD (12 months - PreK)

Are you ready for some summer fun? We are excited to share that our summer program registration will open in April 2025. As we prepare for registration to open, we wanted to share some vital information for you to prepare for this transition. This summer, we have some great things planned for our students, like weekly water days, a farm animal petting zoo, pony rides, tumbling class, music with Mr. Troy, and more! Below is some information to keep in mind.

Summer Program Dates & Hours
  • June 2-July 25, Hours are 7:30am -5:30pm
  • The summer program will be closed on June 19 and July 4
  • The 25/26 school year begins on August 13, 2025

Pricing for Summer:
  • June & July (5 Days) = $2,630
  • June & July (3 Days) = $2,315
  • One month only (June OR July, 5 days) = $1,365
  • One month only (June OR July, 3 days) = $1,165

Enrollment:
  • The system we will use for Summer Program enrollment is CampBrain.
  • We will prioritize students who have re-enrolled for the 25/26 school year. We will then offer open spots to new students who are enrolled for the 25/26 school year. If there are any remaining spots, we will open enrollment for currently enrolled students who will not be returning for the 25/26 school year.
  • ECE Summer 2025 Intent to Enroll MUST be completed in order to hold your child’s spot prior to the opening of registration. Registration will only be open for a limited amount of time to ensure all families that are returning for the 25/26 school year have a confirmed acceptance before opening registration to families who will not be returning for the new school year.

Summer Behavior Policy:
  • As we have shared since the beginning of the school year, Lead teachers have summers off.  Assistant teachers and classroom support staff will continue working during the summer program to ensure consistency. Due to this, our behavior management policy will reflect the following changes.
    • The following challenging behaviors are considered unacceptable and could result in early pick-up or summer program dismissal:
      • Intentionally harming a peer or adult using physically harmful actions such as open/closed hand hitting, pushing, kicking, or pinching
      • Destruction of school property inside or outside of the classroom
      • Biting in the Preschool or PreK classrooms
    • To help ensure safety for all students and adults during the summer program, if a child intentionally harms an adult or peer 3 times during the program day, the caregiver will be called to pick them up within 1 hour.
    • If a child is sent home early due to challenging behavior 3 times or more, the child will be dismissed from the summer program and refunded.
    • There will be no meetings held for behavior plans during the summer program.
    • Teacher and family partnership is vital to ensure the safety of all students and adults at TNS.
